Phased or fast-track is a partnership between the project owner, architect and Conmech that allows the project to be started as soon as a portion of the design is complete and approved, rather than waiting for completion of the entire project design. This format allows projects to be completed sooner for the owner's use and benefit, while reducing construction costs and making money for the owner by providing early use of the facility. Conmech has completed significant fast-track projects in as little as five months.

Conmech has the ability to be responsible for the entire design and construction process. With the needs of the owner in mind, Conmech supervises the overall architectural, engineering, bidding, contracting, building and inspection from the beginning to the end of the project.
Conmech expertise with this design review process is one of the ways we can save owners money. Value engineering involves critical evaluations of the many elements of a building to determine if there are other products or systems that provide savings while ensuring quality. Conmech personnel will also examine the projected costs of materials and construction operation (Life-Cycle Costing) and will establish rational and efficient procedures for field execution (Constructability Studies) as part of the value engineering evaluation.

Though his college education began in De La Salle University, JOSE RAMON A. GONZALEZ, CCDC President, completed his Civil Engineering course at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. Alongside this, Mon obtained an Associate in Arts degree from Menlo College, Menlo Park in California. Further knowledge came in the form of extensive training and experience as Executive Vice President of Unicorn Construction Co., Inc. for 12 years. Forming CONMECH Construction became a logical option soon after. Facing new challenges never daunted him from pursuing his aspirations of one day running his own company. Together with his brother, Bong Gonzalez, they formed an accomplished team of workers who can help bring their goal into fruition. From a mere staff of 4, CONMECH Construction now has 100 employees all working faithfully towards excellence and proficiency. As president of CONMECH Construction, Mon devotes much of his effort in inspiring unity and promoting unparalleled service to all clients among CONMECH personnel.
Having completed engineering studies at the University of the Pacific like his brother Mon, ENRIQUE A. GONZALEZ envisions a bright future for the company. Such exclusive education provided them with positive hopes of a profession and a flourishing venture. But in his desire to broaden his knowledge on his chosen trade, Bong pursued further education. He undertook a Construction Management course at the Asian Institute of Management in October 1990. Despite extensive knowledge and administrative experience as president of Unicorn Construction Co., Inc. for 12 years, hard work is not lost to Bong. Personal attention to details became a compelling force in ensuring an unmitigated edge over all other contractors.
RAMON D. MANALANG has been in close collaboration with Jose Ramon and Enrique Gonzalez since his days with Unicorn Construction Co., Inc. Due to his diligence and notable competence, he was offered the position of construction manager in CONMECH Construction during its inception. Noni finished Civil Engineering studies at the Feati University in 1987. Aside from being an academic scholar, he was President of the Association of Civil Engineering Students from the year 1986 to 1987. Among the various seminars he attended are: Project Management and How to Supervise People both by Fred Prior; Construction Site Management, Contract Management and Pre-Construction Planning all sponsored by UP; and Total Quality Management by the Japan International Corporation Agency.
Graduated at CENTRAL COLLEGES OF THE PHILIPPINES. He earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE). He has served as the Project Controller/Technical Manager for about 12 years of CONMECH CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
Graduated at Don Mariano Marcos State University in Batac Ilocos Norte. He earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE). He previously employed at Unicorn Construction Co., Inc. work as a Project Engineer for about 12 years. Over the last eleven years, he has served as the Project Supervisor of Conmech Construction and Development Corporation.
Graduated at Technological University of the Philippines Ermita, Manila. He earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BSArch). His previous employment at SMARTECH SYSTEMS CORP... And has work as a Project Supervisor for about 5 years. He also recently a project supervisor at METROFORM CONSTRUCTION (MECO), for almost eight months. He has served as the Project Supervisor for about 15 years of CONMECH CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
Graduated at ADAMSON UNIVERSITY Manila. He earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). His previous employment at SW POWER CORPORATION as Project Engineer for about 4 years. He recently works as Maintenance Engineer at COCA COLA EXPORT CORP. He is practicing electrical works for almost seven years. He has served as the Project Supervisor for about 15 years of CONMECH CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
Graduated at MAPUA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. He earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE). He has served as the Project Sanitary Engineer for about 15 years of CONMECH CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
